Adelservice built the Adelservice app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by Adelservice at no cost and is intended for use as is.

1. Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, surname, and phone number. The information we request will be retained by us and used as described in this policy.

2. Location Data
We collect information about your location when you use our services.
For Service Providers (Workers / Professionals):
The Adelservice provider app collects location data to enable customers near you to book appointments and send you job requests, and to share your location with customers — even when the app is closed or not in active use. This information is shared with the customer while you are fulfilling an accepted job.
For Customers:
Your location is used to match you with available professionals in your area. While the job request you create is sent as an offer to nearby providers, the location information you provide is shared to find the most suitable professional.
Your location is determined by your device's GPS, with varying degrees of accuracy. The types of location data we collect depend in part on your device and account settings. For example, you can turn your Android device's location on or off using the device's Settings app.
3. Third-Party Service Providers

No credit card data is stored in the Adelservice database. All payments are processed through Stripe, an external payment system. Adelservice provides on-demand and scheduled professional services. With the online payment system, customers can book and pay cashlessly without surprises — customers can track the assigned professional via the app and know when they will arrive.
For account verification, we send a confirmation code to your phone via SMS. We use Twilio, a third-party service provider, for this functionality.
4. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include: your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app at the time of the error, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
5. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or refuse these cookies. If you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Service.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
